Whether the internal adviser is necessary to the company
Internal consultation provides a permanent job of the adviser in staff of the enterprise with submission to its director. Theoretically it reduces enterprise expenses (the salary of the adviser less than its payments) with preservation of advantages of a method of design of consultation. The aspiration of the head of the company to invite for work of the adviser, as a rule, speaks:
- about availability of serious problems has specified enough, for which decision the director is ready to pay
- about it the head "is advanced" in the field of management and marketing
- about desire of a head to develop the company, using additional resources.

1. The objective opinion on the adviser - one of advantages of foreign consultation - is a little depreciated.
